IEEE Latincom 2013 Registration

The Registration Center will be located at the Intercontinental Hotel & Convention Center Santiago. All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

Hours of operation for the Registration and Information Desks will be:

Sunday     24 November   08:30 - 18:00  
Monday  25 November 08:00 - 19:00
Tuesday  26 November 08:00 - 15:00

                                    

* Photo ID required.  Individuals are responsible for picking up their own Registration packages.
* No attendee will be allowed to pick up conference packages for their colleagues without prior written permission from the original registrant.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is required for all participants of IEEE LATINCOM 2013.
Authors must be registered by Thursday, 31 October 2013. Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create on author account for these submissions.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE LATINCOM 2013 Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE LATINCOM 2013 Conference Proceedings.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and received by Friday, 15 November 2013.  No refunds will be provided after this date. Please note:  author registrations are non-refundable.  There will be a US$30 administrative fee deducted from each refund.

Accompanying Companion/Spouse/Significant Other (also referred to as "Guest"):  You are allowed to register only one Guest, who will be given one GUEST badge.  Your Guest will not be allowed to attend any conference sessions.  However, you may purchase a Welcome Reception Guest Ticket for US$40 for your Guest.  Guests must not be an author, co-author or Student. 


TUTORIALS REGISTRATION


You may register for Tutorials without registering for the conference. Admission to tutorials is included with the following registration categories listed above: Full, Students, and Industry Forum only. Attendees may select only ONE tutorial.

Please indicate which tutorial(s) you will attend so we may ensure adequate seating and tutorial materials are provided. (Seat availability in each tutorial is on a First-Come, First-Served Basis.)  If it is necessary to cancel a tutorial, liability of IEEE LATINCOM 2013 is limited to refund tutorial fee.
